Annalee Letchinger joined EISMA as Executive Director in November 2014 after years of collaborative experience with students, musicians, and educators. She founded and managed a community orchestra in Rogers Park and most recently was the administrator and manager of the Okemo Young Artists’ Program summer music festival in Ludlow, VT. For fifteen years Ms. Letchinger worked as a career counselor at University of Chicago. Her own five children attended Chicago Public Schools where she spearheaded fundraising programs while working closely with principals, teachers, and parent volunteers.
